About Aible.
Built at the intersection of people, capabilities, transformation and applied AI.
Aible was created by Fiona Hewitt and Jane Ward to solve the most pressing challenge facing modern organisations: translating AI potential into operational reality.
We recognised that while most businesses have access to AI, very few possess the leadership alignment, cultural readiness, and workforce capability required for meaningful adoption. By bringing together our established expertise across strategic transformation, change management, HR technology, and future ways of working, we built Aible — to bridge the gap between technology and people, and move organisations from AI awareness to AI advantage, with the people, structure, and culture to sustain it.

People are the future of work.
Workforce strategy, capability development, culture, these are the levers that shape how organisations perform. That is exactly where AI transformation should begin.
Mindset is the multiplier.
Skills get you started. Mindset sustains momentum.
People shape organisations.
Our work is grounded in people outcomes and business impact.
We're here for your people.
Whether HR or organisations transforming beyond HR, our focus is always on people capability.
We're tool-agnostic.
Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, HRIS platforms, the capability endures as technology changes.
People sit at the centre of shaping an organisation
This is not about rolling out AI tools. It is about helping your people become the architects of how your organisation works next.
Workforce strategy, organisational capability, leadership development, employee experience, culture and ways of working, these are the levers that shape how an organisation performs. And they all run through your people.
AI is changing how organisations operate, but the deeper shift is in how people work, collaborate, adapt and build capability. The technology gets the headlines, but people drive the outcomes. That is why this work starts with people, not platforms.
When people build AI capability well, the impact does not stay in one team or function. It spreads across leadership, operations, learning, workforce planning and the wider organisation.
The deeper shift is not in the technology.
It is in how people work, adapt, and build capability
